超保塑自密实水下混凝土的试验研究与应用

摘要 为提高混凝土的工作性能和耐久性,降低工程造价,天津117大厦主楼桩基混凝土拟采用超保塑自密实混凝土。本工程通过优选原材料和合理设计配合比,配制满足天津盐碱地区的地下环境和施工要求的高耐久性高性能混凝土,其耐久性的各项指标满足设计及规范要求。同时建立了一套质量控制体系,对其它类似工程混凝土的应用具有一定的参考价值。 To improve the workability and the durability of the concrete,and reduce the cost of projects,the Tianjin 117 main building will use the well choose of raw materials and reasonable mix-design,mixing the concrete which meets the saline-alkali soil underground environment in Tianjin area and construction requirements of the durability of the high performance concrete,the durability indexes reach the design requirements and norms.Putting the concrete in use for practical engineering and control the total quality of the construction process.The research will have the certain reference significane for other similar projects of the concrete application.
