熔盐法制备条件对NaYF_4∶Eu^(3+)晶体的影响及发光性能研究

摘要 采用熔盐法成功地制备了Eu^(3+)掺杂的Na YF_4晶体发光材料。系统地研究了钇氟摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间以及冷却速度对Na YF4的晶相组成和微观形貌的影响规律,分析了相关的影响机理。确定了制备β-Na YF4晶体的最佳工艺参数,并以此最佳条件合成了不同Eu^(3+)掺杂浓度的β-Na YF_4∶Eu^(3+)发光材料,研究其发光性能。 Eu^(3+)doped Na YF_4 luminescent materials were successfully synthesized. Effects of the Y^(3+)/ Fmolar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the cooling rate on the crystalline phase composition and microstructures of the Na YF4 crystals were systematically studied, and some mechanisms were discussed. The optimal synthesis conditions for synthesizing β-Na YF_4 crystals were determined. Eu^(3+)doped β-Na YF_4 luminescent crystals were synthesized using the optimal synthesis conditions,and their luminescence properties were analyzed.
