摘要
当代的主流法律哲学明显地分成三个学派。即研究法律价值的自然法学、研究法律规范的分析法学和研究社会的社会法学。三个法学派别分别从不同角度对法律这一现象进行研究,各有其片面性。所以,对法律的统一研究具有重大理论意义和现实意义。法律研究的统一在于它的理论基础、法律基础和历史形态的统一,同时也是法律的辩证发展过程与历史和现实三者的统一。
Contemporary mainstream jurisprudence is obviously divided into three schools,that is,natural jurisprudence studying the value of law,analytical jurisprudence studying legal standard and social jurisprudence studying society.The three schools study the phenomenon of law from different angels,each having its own one-sidedness.Therefore,unified legal study has great theoretical and practical significance.The unity of legal study lies in its theoretical basis,the unity between legal basis and historical formation,and unity of the process of dialectical development of law,history and reality.
