Socialist political civilization'is a new concept.To study and grasp'socialist political civilization',we must combine it with the study of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization,understand and grasp correctly the relation between'socialist political civilization'and the achievements of human civilization so as to understand deeply the theoretical and practical meaning of this proposition.
