摘要
为获得理想产品形态,必须给出理想的工具形态和工具对工件(产品原毛坯)的相对运动,针对求相对运动这一机械产品虚拟制造中瓶颈提供了十余种求解方法和相关模型,这些方法都经过工程验证,因而可供同类研究参考。
In order to obtain ideal shape of the product, the ideal shape of cutting tool and its motion relative to the work-piece (i. e. semi = finished product) must be provided. For solving the relative motion of the tool it is generalized as the bottle neck in the virtual manufacture of mechanical products, more than ten kinds of methods and relative models are proposed. All the methods are verified by engineering practice to be effective, therefore, these methods may be referred by the similar researches.
