摘要
研究了杏鲍菇菌丝生长的营养需求和环境条件。结果表明 ,适宜杏鲍菇菌丝生长的最佳碳源是葡萄糖 ,最佳氮源是黄豆粉 ,最佳碳氮比是 6 0∶1,最佳无机盐是硫酸钙。杏鲍菇菌丝生长的适宜温度为 2 5℃ ,培养料最适含水量为 75 % ,最适pH为 5 .4。
Effect of nutrients and environmental factors on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii was studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, C/N and inorganic salt for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelia were glucose, soybean meal, 60∶1 and CaSO 4 resp., and that the suitable temperature, pH and water content of the medium for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii mycelia were 25℃,5.4 and 75% resp..
