摘要
检测36例EB VCA-IgA1:40以上者、30例NPC患者和30例正常输血员淋巴细胞IL-2及IL-2R活性,了解NPC癌前状态的免疫机制,结果表明:VCA-lgA 1:40以上者IL-2、IL-2R活性均明显地低于正常对照(P<0.01、P<0.02),略高于NPC患者(但P>0.05);且高滴度(1:160及以上)者的活性更低于低滴度者(1:40~1:80),P值均小于0.05,提示EBV的VCA-lgA阳性,尤其是抗体高滴度者的IL-2、IL-2R活性降低与NPC癌前状态免疫抑制有关。
To understand the immunologic mechanisms involved in precancer state of nasopharyn-geal carcinoma (NPC) we examined the activity of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and its receptors (IL-2R) produced by lymphocytes in 36 cases with positive Epstein-Barr virus cap-sid antigen immunoglobulins A (EB VCA-IgA), 30 cases with NPC and 30 cases as control.
Results obtained can be summarized as follows: (1)Activity of IL-2 and IL-2R in cases with EB VCA-IgA (titer above 1:40) are significanly lower than that in normal controls (P<O.C1 and P<0.02); (2) that with high antibody titer (1:160~1:320) are significantly lower (P<0.05) than with low antibody titer (1 :40~1:80); (3) no significant difference was seen in cases with NPC than with EB VCA-IgA.
These results suggest that the decrease of activity of IL-2 and IL-2R in persons with positive EB VCA-IgA especially those with high titer is associated with immunosuppres-sion in precancer state of NPC.
