哺乳动物精子发生过程中的调节信号
摘要
哺乳动物精子发生依赖于特定的微环境。雄激素以及Sertoli细胞分泌的多种生长/分化因子参与微环境的局部调节,并在总体上接受神经-内分泌因素的宏观调控。多种细胞内信号传导途径在精子发生过程中发挥重要作用。
