摘要
目前,许多高职院校酒店管理专业在实行"2+1"的教学模式,而学生在顶岗实习中,学校管理还存在不少疏漏,大多数酒店也只把实习生当作廉价劳动力来使用,忽视了对他们的能力培养,实习生也将自己定位于"弱势群体"。因此,酒店如何为实习生创造良好的实习环境,学校如何对实习生进行更有效的管理,从而提高实习生的职业认同感,成为酒店企业和学校亟待解决的问题。
At present,the teaching model '2+1' is carried out in the specialty of hotel management in many higher vocational colleges.However,there are some problems in the college management of students' post practice.Most hotels use trainees as cheap labor and neglect the training of their ability and trainees also define themselves as 'vulnerable groups'.Therefore,how hotels create good practice environments for trainees,and how colleges conduct more effective management of trainees so as to improve their professional sense of approval,become problems demanding hotel enterprises' and colleges' prompt solution.
