摘要
结扎 60min之后再松开冠状动脉左前降支 ,造成家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察了电针对其心功能的保护作用。结果表明 :与模型组相比电针有明显拮抗LVSP、±dp/dtmax、Vpm和Vmax降低的作用 ,并有抑制LVEDP升高的作用。表明电针能改善左心功能、增强心肌收缩力和顺应性 ,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有明显的防治作用。
to observe the protection effect of acupuncture, the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) model was made by tying off the rabbit's left coronary artery descendent branch (LAD) for 60 min before release. The results show that: the acupuncture group can remarkably inhibit the reduces of LVSP, ±dp/dtmax, Vpm and Vmax. It also inhibits the increase of LVEDP. Conclusion: acupuncture can improve heart function, and has the significantly protective effects on MIRI.
