脑活素对豚鼠庆大霉素耳毒性保护作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 旨在观察脑活素能否拮抗庆大霉素耳蜗毒性。方法 取听力正常豚鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为脑活素组 10只 [肌注脑活素 36 0mg/ (kg .d) ,10d];庆大霉素组 15只 [肌注庆大霉素 12 0mg/ (kg .d) 10d];庆大霉素 +脑活素组 15只 (肌注等量庆大霉素 +脑活素 10d) ;生理盐水组 10只 (肌注等量生理盐水 10d)。用药前及用药 10d并饲养一周测试听性脑干反应 (ABR) ,第 17d处死 ,行左耳耳蜗铺片、右耳石蜡包埋切片 ,并在光镜下观察内耳病理形态变化 ,对损失外毛细胞进行计数。结果 庆大霉素 +脑活素组ABR阈值明显低于庆大霉素组 ,耳蜗各回毛细胞平均损失率明显低于庆大霉素组。 Objective To study the protective effects of ceredrolysin against ototoxicity of gentamycin in guinea pig.Methods Guinea pigs were devided into four groups.Group A:ceredrolysin 360 mg/(kg.d),im;Group B:Gentamycin 120mg/(kg.d),im;Group C:gentamy 120 mg/(kg.d) and ceredrolysin 350 mg/(kg.d),im;Group D:saline,im.All for ten days.After successive 17 days,all animals were sacrificed,left cochlea and right cochlea were taken for cochlea preparation and cochlea section respectively.Results In Group C the degree of hearing losing and lesion of hair cells were slighter than those in Group B.Conclusion Ceredrolysin can weaken ototoxiaty of gentamycin.
