摘要
目的：通过实验选择能与显微镜相接的数码相机，配以微机ＷＩＮ９５环境下通用图像分析软件，组建通用数码图像分析系统。方法：将大口径取景目镜替代照相目镜与通用数码相机相接，在满足一定条件下，实现显微镜下图像的摄取。结果：实验结果显示柯达ＤＣ２１０、ＤＣ２６０和阿可发Ｅ－１２８０数码相机，与Ｌｅｉｃａ及Ｏｌｙｍｐｕｓ系列显微镜的取景目镜相接下，均能比较理想的采集镜下图像。配以Ｓｃｉｏｎｉｍａｇｅ图像分析软件后，完全可以达到一般图像分析系统分析需求。
Subjective: To assembly a general digital image analysis system with microscope, digital camera, personal computer, and image analysis software compatible with Microsoft Windows 95. Method: Different brands of digital cameras were connected to the microscope with large caliber ocular to get image data under specific conditions. Results: The results showed that, the assembly of Kodak DC210, DC260 and AGF E-1280 digital cameras connected with Leica and Olympus series of microscope could get a good image with high quality, and thus might be used for image analysis with Scion Image Analysis Software. Therefore this system may be applied to general image analysis.
