摘要
我们报告自1986年以来,用前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣法为8例病人行拇指间隙重建术,均获成功,术后复查7～24个月,外形和功能均较满意。介绍了典型病例,并就适应证和手术要点进行了讨论。
A new method of first web space reconstruction has been used in 8 patients with hand lesion with a retrograde island skin flap with interosseous dorsal artery pedicle since 1986. The follow-up examination 7-24 months after operation showed that the clinical results were satisfactory both functionally and cosmetically. The anatomical basis and the operation methods-were described in details.The main advantages and disadvantages were also discussed.
