摘要
本文简要介绍了HCSA高性能混凝土膨胀剂在天津滨海国贸中心工程中的应用情况,涉及钢管混凝土施工、结构自防水和大体积混凝土抗裂等技术。采用HCSA膨胀剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土具有良好的抗裂性能,混凝土质量良好,工程质量获得了建设方好评。工程实践表明,建设高质量的补偿收缩混凝土工程,膨胀剂的性能是基础,科学合理的混凝土配合比和精心的施工非常重要。
this article briefly introduced the HCSA high performance concrete expansive agent in the international trade center,tianjin coastal engineering,the application of concrete filled steel tubular construction,structure involved the waterproofing and mass concrete crack techniques.The HCSA expansion agent shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared with good crack resistance,concrete quality is good,the engineering quality get project owner high praise.Engineering practice shows that the construction of high quality shrinkage-compensating concrete engineering,the performance of the expansion agent is the foundation,and the scientific and reasonable concrete proportion and elaborate construction is very important.
