摘要
利用藏药“十三味红花丸+琼阿”对鸡胚人工感染IBDV进行抑制试验研究。试验结果显示,藏药药液(含生药1 g/mL)作2倍、4倍、6倍和8倍稀释后对鸡胚感染IBDV强毒的保护率分别为100%、100%、90%和80%,比对照组分别提高80%、80%、70%和60%。表明藏药“十三味红花丸+琼阿”对IBDV具有很强的抑制作用。
Inhibitory experiments were done about Tibetan medicine“safflower pill of thirteen medicined herbs& Qiong A on IBDV in artificially infected chicken embryos. The results showed that the protective rate ofTibetan medicine on IBDV were 100%、100%、90% and 80% when it was diluted to 2、4、6 and 8 timesrespectively. They were 80、80、70 and 60 percents higher than those of the control groups. It suggests that theTibetan medicine has strong inhibitory effects on IBDV.
