金沙江干热河谷典型区生态安全问题探析 被引量:31

摘要 金沙江干热河谷典型区的生态安全问题与西部大开发中金沙江流域及长江中下游地区工农业可持续发展息息相关。初步调查研究了金沙江干热河谷典型区元谋段生态安全现状,指出区域内自然环境条件恶劣、植被退化与破坏严重、不良耕作与过度放牧、生态安全意识薄弱、生产力低下和经济落后等是威胁区域内生态安全的主要因素,进而提出建立金沙江干热河谷区生态安全体系的基本措施。 Ecological safety of the dry-hot valley of Jinsha River is closely related with the industrial and agricultural sustainable development in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River and Jinsha River basin in west development of China. Present situation of ecological safety in Yuanmou dry-hot valley of Jinsha River is investigated in this work. It is shown that adverse natural condition, serious vegetation degradation and forest loss, harmful cultivation and overgrazing, weak ecological consciousness, low productive forces and backward economy are the main reasons to threaten the regional eccr safety. Finally, fundamental measures on establishing the eco-safety system of the dry-hot valley of Jinsha River are put forward.
