The new century is the age of information.As the main element of the social information system,libraries should put more manpower,material and finacial resources into the development and utilities of the information.The traditional way of service should be given up.By using the modern science technology,libraries should train highly qualified personnel so as to steadily carry the information services to the 21st century.
