摘要
改革开放 2 0多年来 ,经济特区在我国经济建设中起到了巨大的拉动、示范和辐射作用 ,特区经济取得了令世人惊叹的成就。在特区经济建设经历了一段较长时期的高速运行之后 ,系统地反思和分析特区经济建设过程中投入产出之间的配比关系 ,对于未来提高投资效益。
Since the inception of Chinas reform and opening up ,her Special Economic Zones(SEZs) have scored extraordinary achievements in economy and have played the important role of motivation,modeling and radiation for economic construction in other places over the country.After a long term and high speed operation of the SEZs,to systematically reflect and analyze the proportion relevance between input and output in the course of economic construction in the SEZs is of significant value for reference to the improvement of future investment effects and to the selection of targets and key objects for macro adjustment and control.
