摘要
大家都知道孙怀玉教授既是一个教育家又是一个经济管理专家。 2 0年来他潜心研究 ,在经济管理方面著书 10余部、撰文 2 0 0余篇 ,共计 5 0 0余万字。他的著作和文章构成了独具特色的经济管理思想。孙怀玉经济管理思想包括转换企业经营机制的“三圆理论”、转变政府职能的思想 ,关于行业管理的构想与建议、企业效益保证法、企业激励工程、企业思想政治工作的新思路、推广应用价值工程的理论与方法、企业总经济师经营决策作用的倡导、对结构调整与技术创新的观点等。孙怀玉经济管理思想的贡献在于他常常抓住企业改革中的难点和问题 ,提出解决问题的方法与途径 ,对改革实践有着很强的指导意义。孙怀玉经济管理思想在新世纪的市场经济条件下的社会主义企业改革和经营中具有重要的现实意义。
Prof Sun,Huaiyu is both an educationist and an expert on economy management.In the past 20 years,he has involved in research,and published about 10 books and 200 articles about his particular economy management ideas,which include Three Circle theory of transforming enterprises administration mechanism,conceptions and suggestions of industry administration,methods of generalizing theories and ways of value engineering,commercing enterprises head economists' administration and decision-making effects,and so on.Prof Sun can always find difficulties and problems in enterprise reform,as well as bring forward countermeasures for them,which is instructive to reform practice.Sun,Huaiyu economy management ideas have important and realistic meaning for socialism enterprise reform and administration under the market economy situation.
