本文从版权、商标法和反不正当竞争三个方面讨论了超文本链接与知识产权之间的关系 。
The author highlights the problem of hyperlinks in the network,discusses it from three point of view:copyright,trademark and anti-competition laws,then throws lights on the relations between hyperlinks and intellectual property.
