摘要
毛泽东同志在其《党委会工作方法》中 ,将我党在长期工作中积累的丰富经验概括为党委会工作方法十二条。这十二条系统解决了党委领导工作中的三个重要问题 :集体领导与个人负责正确结合 ;加强团结保证思想一致 ,行动一致 ;掌握正确的领导方法。
Mao Zhe-dong,in his work on The Work Methods Of The Party Committee,summarized the rich experieces of the party as the twelve work methods of the party committee which solved the three important problems,namely,the correct union of the group leadership with the individual charge;the agreement of the thought and action by solid unity;and the grasp the right work method.
