摘要
我国企业基本上都是有区域或部门归属的企业,强烈的“区域归属”意识对企业乃至整个社会经济发产生了严重的不良影响。首先影响了企业的市场拓展;其次影响了真正具有国际竞争能力的企业“巨人”形成;再次影响了产业在地区上的合理布局。由“区域性”企业向“跨区域”企业乃至向“无区域”企业的发展是企业经营发展的必然趋势。在我国,影响“无区域企业”形成的主要原因是经济体制、企业制度和行政管理体制改革的不完善。在改革中,除了经济体制和行政管理体制的进一步完善之外,还应当加强企业的资本结构调整,实施异地间的企业“强强联合”。
Enterprises in China are mostly affiliated to some region and ministry that has caused serious negative effects on both the enterprise and the whole economy. It hampers the enterprises' marketing developing, prevenls the company allying into competitive groups and affects the appropriation of regional industrial reorganization.
Therefore it is an inevitable trend for enterprises to change into global groups, but in china many reasons impede t he formation of non- affiliated, such as the imperfection of economic regime enterprise institution and administration system. So we should not only reengineer economic regime, but also reorganize enterprises' capital structure to make the development of non-regional enterprises
