摘要
随着高校后勤社会化的不断深入 ,学生宿舍管理社会化是必然趋势。就如何建立适应新形势下宿舍管理机制作了一些探讨 ,同时对如何利用宿舍阵地开展思想政治工作进行了研究 ,为新时期高校培养合格人才奠定基础。
The socialization of student dormitory management becomes inevitable with the further socialization of the rear service at institutions of higher learning. This paper probes into how to set up a new managing mechanism in such a new situation. In addition, this paper searches into the ways in which ideological work based on student dormitory can be carried out. And this ideological work is believed to contribute to the foundation of education more qualified personnels for the new age.
