武术套路教学中念动教学法的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 就念动教学中如何使学生根据直观形象的动作表象和教师精练的讲解 ,得以先想后练 ,边想边练 ,想练结合等做了具体教学实验 .实验研究表明 ,它能不断提高人体心理素质和健身价值 ,有助于巩固正确动作的动力定型 ,加深动作记忆 ,提高教学效果和成绩 ,在武术套路教学中运用念动教学法的教学效果优于常规教学法 . The essay has made several specific teaching experiments,through teachers' delicate guidance and students' intuitice perception of acts performance,on how to fulfil 'first thinking then training','thinking while training','thinking combined with training' during Mind Act teaching provess,The experiments indicate that they can promote physical,psychological qualities as well as physixal fitness value,help to fortify correct act dynamic modes,deepen act memory and hoist teaching efficiency as well as students' scores.In the teaching of martial arts Sets,the application of mimd act methodogy is superior to that of conventional mehtodology.
