"入圈式"实地研究所获经验材料显示,"发廊小姐"、"站街小姐"等低端性工作者是犯罪的热点产品,她们工作的"一人店"、"炮房"等无第三人监控的、私密的封闭空间是易于被害的机会情境,现行的卖淫立法及实际的执法、司法活动等"社会反应"与性工作者被害情境的促成具有一定关联。
An 'inside-circle' field study reveals that low-grade Female Sex Workers who work as 'salon girls' or ' street girls' are hot products on crime,and the close places without capable guardian where they work such as'Yirendian'and'Paofang'are the opportunity situation easy to become the victim.There seems to be a certain connection between the victim situation and social reaction including present prostitution law and its enforcement.
