中国的社区矫正是一项在继承基础上有新发展的工作。它的继承主要体现在法律依据、主要工作对象、主要工作内容、若干具体制度方面;它的新发展主要体现在使用社区矫正的名词、整体推进工作、改革刑罚执行内容、完善工作队伍和扩大工作对象方面。
The community corrections in China has been developed newly on the basis of the existing legal systems.Its succession mainly includes legal basis,clients,contents of the community corrections and concrete systems.Its innovation chiefly consists in the term of the community corrections,advancement as a whole,reformation of the contents of penal execution,development of the community corrections workers and increasing the client's type.
