摘要
本文对28例复发脑胶质瘤和25例原发脑胶质瘤患者 CSF 及血清中5种酶进行了检测,另设正常对照组。结果表明:CSF 中 LDH 活性增高,不但可以作为恶性的复发和原发胶质瘤的诊断指标,而且还可以作为良性复发胶质瘤诊断及恶性变预测的指标。CSF 中 CPK 和γ-GT 活性降低,血清中 ALP 和γ-GT 活性增高,均可用于胶质瘤存在及其复发诊断的参考。
The levels of AST,ALP,LDH,γ-GT,PK inCSF and serum were measured in 28 cases ofrecurrent glioma,25 cases of primary g(?)oma;andsome normal control.The results were as follow:increased LDH activity in CSF could be regardedas a diagnostic indication of recrrent glioma.Thedecreased CPK and γ-GT activities in CSF and orthe increased ALT and -GT in serum may beuseful in diagnosis and differentiation of thisdisease.
