摘要
我国产业结构技术水平偏低 ,高加工度化程度低 ,不利于经济发展和经济增长方式的根本转变。本文从我国产业结构现状和特点的分析入手 ,对影响我国产业结构升级的制约因素进行了详尽透彻的阐述。在此基础上 。
In our country, low technological level of industrial structure and procession of low extent is unfavorable to economic development and its fundamental change. Starting with analyzing on present conditions and characteristic of the industrial structure, this thesis expounds thoroughly upon several restrictice factors which affect and restrict the promotion of national industrial structure, and based on this, it puts forward strategy and key of high quality in accordance with promotion of national industrial structure.
