摘要
本文报告第一台国产 CO_2激光显微手术装置的应用研究。对激光显微手术的使用方法和地塞米松应用,进行了讨论。实验表明,本装置可用于临床,但有待进一步完善。
This paper presents the application study ofthe prototype CO_2 laser system which was made inChina.Experimental results showed that theexposure time of laser beam prolonged,the vapori-zed area and depth changed markedly,and thedamage of the surrounding tissue increased.Theauthors suggested that CO_2 laser of proper powerdensity is safer with the method of interruptedexposure and dropping water.The use ofdexamethasone before irradtion can reduce thesurrounding tissue damage.This study demonstratedthat the Chinese made CO_2 laser system has manyadvantages and can be adopted in clinical practice.
