摘要
临床引起眩晕的常见疾病有高血压、脑动脉硬化、神经衰弱、低血压、椎 -基底动脉供血不足、感冒及耳源性眩晕等。中医辨证可分为肝阳上亢、阴虚阳亢、痰浊中阻、风邪外袭、气血亏虚、瘀血阻络等。西医识病与中医辨证相结合 ,用药既要对证 。
