摘要
骨关节炎是一种临床常见,但极难根治的骨关节疾病。中医疗法具有独特的治疗效果,如针灸、贴敷、推拿、艾灸、中药熏蒸、中药熨烫、中药离子导入等。其法众多,千变万化,但诸多其法唯以贴敷疗法简单、实用、效果突出,因此针对贴敷治疗骨关节炎的机理、用药规律、选穴规律及贴敷配合其它疗法的疗效、贴敷的优势和特色等诸多方面进行详细的阐述,可为临床治疗骨关节炎提供更为开阔的思路。
Osteoarthritis is a common but extremely difficult disease of bone and joint.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has unique therapeutic ef fects,such as acupuncture,application,massage,moxibustion,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,ironing of traditional Chinese medicine,iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Its methods are numerous and varied,but only the application therapy is simple,practical and ef fective.Therefore,in view of the mechanism,medication rule,acupoint selection rule and the efficacy of application with other therapies,the advantages and characteristics of application in the treatment of osteoarthritis are elaborated in detail,which can provide a more open thinking for clinical treatment of osteoarthritis.
