摘要
高校毕业生应征入伍是党中央、国务院和中央军委作出的重大部署。高校毕业生应征入伍可以拓宽高素质兵员征集渠道,从根本上提高部队的整体素质,加快部队战斗力的生成。本文从现行高校征兵政策有关规定出发,分析了影响高校毕业生应征入伍积极性的原因,并提出了做好高校毕业生征兵工作的几点建议。
College graduates’ enlisting in the military is the great disposition by the Party Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission. College graduates enlisted can expand collecting channels of high-quality soldiers, and fundamentally improve the overall quality of the troops, accelerate force fighting capacity. This paper analyzes the reasons of influencing college graduates’ recruiting positivity from the current college recruiting policy and relevant regulations, and puts forward some suggestions about conscription work
