摘要
文章以常州轻工职业技术学院为例,对学院毕业生就业质量的现状进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了就业质量的评价指标,确定了指标权重以及综合评价的标准。
Taking Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology as an example,the paper analyzes the quality of the college graduates’ employment,brings forward evaluation index of employment quality based on the former analysis,and ascertains the weight optimization and the comprehensive evaluation standard.
