摘要
加强实验室建设和管理,建设合理化、科学化的实验室,是目前高职院校实验室建设的重要课题。应明确实验室建设和管理中存在的主要问题,注重实验室建设与管理策略,重视实验技术队伍的建设和管理,建设开放的实验教学环境,加强实验实训基地建设,大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力培养,改革人才培养模式,在培养千百万高素质技能型创新型专门人才方面发挥应有作用。
The construction and management of laboratories is the foundation of professional experimental teaching.It is an important means to actualize quality education roundly,to improve teaching quality,to cultivation of students’ practical and operational working abilities,to modernize teaching methods.It is also crucial part of college teaching work.How to construct reasonable and scientific laboratories is a significant project of higher vocational colleges at present.The paper discusses some main problems and countermeasures of the construction and management of laboratories and puts forward some opinions and suggestions from the actual conditions as well.
