摘要
作为一种人才培养模式的提出与推广,不仅应考虑其特色或特征,还要考虑其高效率性。而人才培养模式的高效率性,就在于其较强的共适性与灵活的应变性。采用主导模式与特征模式相结合的高职人才培养模式,正能满足这种共适性与应变性,因而是高职人才培养的高效模式。为构建这种高效的高职人才培养模式,笔者建议将'双证融通,产学合作'作为高职教育的主导模式。在此基础上,整合各种特征模式,以适应不同产学合作的人才培养途径。
We should consider the features and efficiency of a personnel-training style as well when it is advanced and spread. The efficiency means the high adaptability and strong flexibility of the personnel-training style. To match the adaptability and flexibility, we will adopt the combination of the leading and featuring styles, which is the efficient high vocational personnel-training pattern. To establish the pattern, the author suggests "Duo-Certificate integration, Production-and-Study Combination" as the leading style, and on this basis, integrates a variety of featuring models to adjust different ways of personnel training.
