摘要
高校兼职档案人员是高校档案工作的主体力量,高校兼职档案人员的素质直接影响高校档案事业的发展。目前高校兼职档案人员的素质不尽人意。本文对当前高校兼职档案人员队伍存在的问题、新时期高校兼职档案人员的素质要求,以及提高素质的途径作了初步探讨。
College part -time archivists are the main strength for college filing work. Their qualities, which are not satisfactory at present, have a direct influence upon the development of file undertakings. The article initially discusses the current problems existing in the college part-time file staff, puts forward their quality requests and improving ways in new time.
