摘要
新时期大学生思想政治教育工作面临诸多新的挑战,治理理论对高校思想政治教育工作创新具有重要的启示意义:高校思想政治教育工作需要实现教育管理主体由单一性到多主体性转变;教育管理手段由刚性管制向柔性服务转变;教育管理空间由封闭化向网络立体化转变;教育管理目的由工具性向价值性转变。
In a new age, ideological and political education of universities are faced with several challenges, while governance theory has important enlightenment for innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as transformation from one unique management agent to participation of multi-agent, from rigid controls to considerate services, from closed governance space to stereo network governance and from the instrumental governance aim to the value.
