摘要
中国台湾地区文创产业的发展有特定的地域特征和产业特点,从台湾地区的文创特征及文创产业发展的背景出发,以2019年台湾文博会为主轴,阐述台湾文创产业发展的现状,并通过城市发展、科学技术、文化传承三个方面,结合案例分析文创新动能的表现,从而在文创新动能战略中思考和推进文创土壤的培育、产业的良性发展等话题,以达到激活文创新动能的目的。
