CO2驱高气液比井防气工艺技术

Gas prevention technology in high gas-liquid ratio wells by CO2 flooding

摘要 针对CO2驱高气液比井采用常规抽油泵举升时,泵效大幅度下降的问题,开展了不同防气工艺的研究与试验。通过模拟CO2驱试验区采油井系统流动状态,分别进行沉降式气锚、组合式气锚和防气抽油泵在不同气液比条件下的分气效率实验,并与不同防气工艺在不同气液比条件下的现场试验情况进行对比分析。分析结果表明,现用的沉降式气锚防气效果不如组合式气锚;组合式气锚因结构不同,防气效果也相差很大;防气抽油泵能防止泵发生气锁,但单独使用则无法起到提高泵效的效果;对于因裂缝性见气井目前的防气工艺均出现不适应性。研究结果对高气液比井防气工艺的选择提供了较好的借鉴意义。 When lifting with the conventional oil pump in high gas-liquid ratio wells by CO2 flooding,the pump efficiency has been reduced greatly.In order to solve the problems,the research and test of different gas prevention technologies were carried out.Through simulating the flow state of oil production system in CO2 flooding testing area,the experiments of gas separation efficiency under the conditions of different gas-liquid ratio have been carried out for settled type gas anchor,combined type gas anchor and gas prevention pumping unit respectively,and different gas prevention technologies have been compared with the testing results in the field application under different gas-liquid ratio.Results showed that the gas prevention effect of current settled type anchor was not as good as that of combined type gas anchor and different structures of combined type gas anchor will produce different effects of gas prevention.Gas prevention pumping unit can prevent the pump from gas locking,but it can’t improve the efficiency of pump when using alone.For those fractured oil wells which producing gas,current gas prevention technologies are not suitable.The results can provide a good reference for the selection of gas prevention technologies in high gas-liquid ratio wells.
