摘要
为提高大庆油田二氧化碳驱采出井防腐措施效率,开展了室内腐蚀规律研究。针对大庆油田二氧化碳驱试验区采出井暴露出的腐蚀问题,在传统的静态挂片失重法基础上,根据大庆油田二氧化碳驱油层条件开展了油气水三相流体高温、高压动态和静态试片腐蚀模拟实验,探索了流速、温度、二氧化碳压力及含水率等主要因素对试片腐蚀速率的影响,并对其原因进行了理论分析。研究结果表明,各影响因素对腐蚀速率的影响程度不一,其中温度、二氧化碳压力及含水率的影响明显,且多因素间相互关联、共同作用,导致腐蚀变化规律复杂。研究结果为二氧化碳驱井筒腐蚀规律研究及现场腐蚀防护措施时机的确定提供了基础理论支撑。
In order to improve the corrosion prevention efficiency of producers by CO2 flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the laboratory research on corrosion regularity has been carried out.Aimed at the corrosion problems occurred in producers of Daqing Oilfield CO2 flooding pilot area,the dynamic-static specimen corrosion simulation test in three phase fluids(oil,gas and water)under high temperature and high pressure has been conducted according to the reservoir conditions of CO2 flooding in Daqing Oilfield,on the basis of the traditional static hanging weight loss method.The effects of flow rate,temperature,CO2 pressure and water cut on the corrosion rate of the specimen were explored,and its cause was also analyzed theoretically.Research results showed that the influence of all factors on corrosion rate was different,among which that of temperature,CO2 pressure and water cut was obvious,and many factors were interrelated or acted together,which led to the complicated regularity of corrosion change.The research results have provided the basic theory support for investigating the downhole wellbore corrosion regularity,and determining the opportunity of the field anti-corrosion measures in the course of CO2 flooding.
