摘要
针对弱碱三元复合驱机采井结垢严重,检泵周期缩短,特别是频繁结垢卡泵井检泵周期下降到100天左右的问题,开展了弱碱三元复合驱机采井加药防垢技术的研究与应用。在大庆油田萨北开发区弱碱三元复合驱区块开展了以井口周期加药、单柱塞泵点滴加药、双柱塞泵点滴加药、细长管点滴加药等井口加药防垢技术试验,见到了很好效果,全区机采井全过程检泵周期达到500天以上现场应用效果表明,弱碱三元复合驱机采井防垢加药技术应以单、双柱塞泵加药为主,以井口周期加药为辅,这一技术路线的形成对弱碱三元复合驱工业化推广意义重大。
In view of severe scaling and shortened pump maintenance period of weak base ASP flooding pumping wells,especially the wells frequently stuck by scaling,whose pump maintenance period declined to about 1 00days.Research and application on scale inhibition technology with chemicals in weak base ASP flooding pumping wells was conducted.The technical test on the wellhead scale inhibition with chemicals,including wellhead cycle dropping chemicals,single plunger pump dripping chemicals,double plunger pump dripping chemicals,and slender tube dripping chemicals,had achieved favorable results in the Sabei weak base ASP flooding blocks of Daqing 0ilfield.The pump maintenance period of pumping wells in the whole blocks prolonged to over 500 days.Field applications showed that the scale inhibition technology with chemicals in weak base ASP flooding wells should mainly rely on single and double plunger pump dripping chemicals,while partially assisted by the wellhead dropping chemicals.This technical route was significant for the weak base ASP flooding industrialization.
