摘要
在气藏开发过程中,凝析水、地层水及外来水侵入气层会产生水锁伤害,将严重影响气体的相对渗透率。以吉林油田伏龙泉气田为研究对象,总结了储层基本地质特征,分析了水锁损害影响因素主要为含水饱和度、孔隙结构、驱替压差、水相侵入深度和黏土矿物。室内实验分析结果表明,当含水饱和度达到10%时,岩心渗透率损害值均大于50%以上,总体呈现出中偏强水锁伤害。结合储层伤害因素,伏龙泉气田F11井采用加注生物酶和物理法复合解堵后,日产气量增加了6. 1×10~4m^3,措施效果明显。该研究成果对气井水锁伤害分析及解除具有一定的借鉴意义。
During the process of gas reservoir development,water-lock damage may be caused by condensate water,formation water and extraneous water invasion into gas layers,which will seriously affect the relative permeability of gas.Taking the Fulongquan gas field of Jilin Oilfield as the research object,the basic geologic features of res-ervoir was summed up,and the factors influencing water-lock damage were mainly composed of water saturation,pore structure,displacement pressure difference,aqueous phase invasion depth,and clay mineral.Lab experiment analysis showed that the core permeability damage value was higher than 50%when water saturation reached I 0%,and it presented medium to strong water-lock damage in general.Considering the reservoir damage factors,plug-ging removal combination measures were conducted in Well Fl 1 of Fulongquan gas field by iujecling biological en-zyme and physical method.The daily gas production of this gas field increased 6 I 000 cubic meters.The research re-suits could be a good reference on the analysis and removal of water-lock damage in gas wells.
