三元复合驱交替注入动态变化规律及效果研究

摘要 为探索三元复合驱提高采收率、降低开发成本的有效途径,开展了三元复合驱交替注入动态变化规律研究。在聚合物驱、三元复合驱理论研究及现场应用基础上,将碱/表面活性剂与聚合物分开注入,降低注入过程中注入压力水平,充分发挥聚合物扩大波及体积作用,同时使具有高效洗油能力的碱/表面活性剂更多地进入到中、低渗透层中,并与常规三元体系区块进行对比分析,研究交替注入动态变化规律及驱油效果。三元复合驱交替注入较常规三元体系驱油视吸水指数降幅低5%以上,比低渗透油层相对吸液量比例高5%以上,延长检泵周期239天,预计含水率为98%时提高采收率19. 1个百分点。三元复合驱交替注入方式可有效解决三元复合驱注入压力高、注采能力下降幅度大、药剂成本高等问题。 The research of dynamic variation rule and effect of ASP alternative flooding injection was carried out to probe into the effective ways for enhancing oil recovery and reducing development cost.Based on the theortical re search and field applicaiton of polymer flooding and ASP flooding,the alkali/surfactant and polymer were separate-ly injected to reduce the injection pressure and to expand the polymer's swept volume adequately.At the same time,more alkali/surfactant with high displacement function was injected into mid-low-permeablity layers.The dy-namic variation rule and displacment effect of ASP alternative injection was researched compared with the analysis in the conventional ASP blocks.As compared with the conventional ASP flooding,the apparent injectivity index de-creased by over 5%with ASP alternative injection,the proportion of relative fluid absorption in low-permeability oil layers increased by more than 5%,and the pump maintenance period is prolonged by 239 days.Oil recovery is predicted to be enhanced by 19.1%when water cut is 98%.ASP alternative flooding injection could effectively solve the problems of high injection pressure,big falling range of injection and production capacity,and high cost of chemical agent,etc.in the ASP flooding injection.
