摘要
积液分析是产水气井合理选择工作制度、确定排水采气工艺措施的理论基础和有效手段,但由于在大斜度井(水平井)中垂直管流和水平流动并存,积液分析难度大。结合大斜度井(水平井)井身结构特点,通过井筒流态分析和临界携液流量理论研究,确定了井筒积液分析方法:一是利用生产系统分析软件对大斜度井(水平井)全井井筒流态进行分析,定性分析其积液状况;二是研究确定了适合大斜度井(水平井)的临界携液流量计算方法,定量优选满足携液能力的油管尺寸。利用上述方法进行现场分析预测并优选生产管柱,最高单井日产气量提高20%以上,日产液量提高近20%。井筒积液分析方法的成功应用为大斜度井(水平井)排水采气工艺措施优选提供了较好的理论技术支持。
leading fluid analysis is theoretical basis and effective method for reasonably choosing working system and determining drainage gas recovery of water-product ion gas wells.But it is difficult to be analyzed because of ihe coexistence of vertical pipe flow and horizontal How in highly-deviaf rd wells(horizontal weDs)?Bi^ed on wellbore(low analysis an<J theoretical study on critical liquid carrying flow rate combined with wellbore configuration of highly-deviated wells(horizontal wells),the method for wellbore load fluid analysis was determined:Finely,analyte wellbore flow of highly-deviated wells(horizontal vrells)by use of production system analysis softwaie and qualitatively analyze fluid loading;Secondly determine the method for calculating critical liquid carrying flow rate applicable to highly-deviated wells(horizontal wells),and quantitatively select tubing size satisfying fluid-carrying capability.The methods mentioned above were used for Geld analysis and prediction as well as production string optimization?The maximum daily single-well gas production rose by more than 20%,and daily liquid production increased by 20%accordingly.The successful applimtion of wellbore loading fluid analysis provided highly-deviated well(horizontal well)drainage gas recovery technology selection with theoretical and technological support.
