摘要
目的:探讨热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及评价其安全性。方法:对符合小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床诊断标准的84例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组,各42例。观察组应用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注;对照组予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注。均每天1次,连用3～5d。观察患儿治疗后退热时间、疱疹消失时间及比较两组疗效。观察药物副作用。结果:对照组显效率、总有效率分别为26.2%、73.8%,观察组显效率、总有效率分别为45.2%、88.1%,观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均退热时间、疱疹消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组未观察到明显不良反应,对照组有1例出现皮疹。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效好,安全性高。
Objective :To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Redunin injection in treating Herpangina of children.Methods:84 cases suffering from herpangina were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in treatment group were treated with Redunin injection;another 42 cases in control group were treated with ribavirin injection.All the patients were treated for 3-5 days.Duration of fever and the extinction time of herpes pharyngis were obsvered and the efficiency was evaluated after treatment,and side effects were also observed.Result: The total effective rate and the rate of excellent effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group with significantly difference(P <0.05).Duration of fever and the extinction time of herpes pharyngis in the treatment group was shorter than the control group with significantly difference(P <0.05) too.No side effects were observed in treatment group,and in control group exanthema was observed in 1 cases after injecting ribavirin injection.Conclusion: Redunin injection could be effectively and safely used in treating herpangina with little side effects.
