摘要
在工业化、城镇化深入发展中同步推进农业现代化,是"十二五"时期的一项重大任务,是党中央科学把握现代化发展规律,构建新型工农城乡关系,实施城乡一体化的重大部署,是我国经济社会发展的重大战略,是解决"三农"问题的重要举措,对推动"三农"工作科学发展具有重大现实意义和深远的历史影响。该文深刻分析了在城市化进程中出现的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
Pushing synchronous agricultural modernization in further development of industrialization and urbanization,that is a major task of great strategic in the twelfth five-year-period.It is the major deployment of scientific understanding of modern development law,building a new relationship between urban-rural workers and peasants,implementation of the urban-rural integration.It is China′s major economic and social development strategy,important initiatives to solve the'three rural'issues.It has great practical significance and far-reaching historical influence to promote the scientific development of'three rural'work.This paper analyzes the problems in urbanization,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
