摘要
农机推广鉴定能力是对农机产品的作业性能、适用性、可靠性和安全性等进行准确评价,并向社会出具鉴定数据和结果等评价的综合能力。湖北省农机鉴定站具有省级鉴定能力,在机构资质、设施环境、仪器设备、质量体系、人员素质和管理机制等方面虽然具备条件,但是仍然存在设备老化、人员结构不合理和测试机型不全面等问题。为了满足农机市场日益发展的需要,亟需在硬件设施方面进行投资,建立新型试验室和试验台,以提升鉴定能力、扩大鉴定产品范围,为农机购置补贴政策的落实,为广大农民选购适合产品提供可靠的选型依据。
Agricultural machinery's Promotion and identification capacity is a comprehensive ability,which is accuratly evaluating operating performance,suitability,reliability and security of farm machinery,issueing identification data and results to the community.Hubei Agricultural Machinery Identification Station had provincial identification capability.Although it reached the standard of agency qualifications,facility environment,equipment,quality systems,staff quality and management mechanisms,there were still many problems,such as aging equipment,irrational personnel structure and not fully tested models.To meet the growing needs of farm machinery market,it needs to invest in hardware,establish a new laboratory and test bed,enhance the ability to identify and expand the scope of identification products,provide a reliable selection basis for implementing the agricultural machinery purchase subsidies and the farmers to choose suitable products.
