摘要
图书馆馆员是图书馆的灵魂,图书馆馆员的素养对图书馆服务质量的提升和图书馆事业的长远发展发挥着关键性的作用。在5G新环境下,图书馆也应该发挥图书馆馆员的能动性,充分运用新技术,创新更多更优质的服务。明确的岗位工作职责,相应的职业能力要求,对应的培育计划有助于提高将有助于提升图书馆馆员能力和图书馆服务水平。
Librarians are the soul of libraries.Librarians’accomplishment plays a key role in the improvement of library service quality and the long-term development of library cause.In the new environment of 5G,the library should also give full play to the initiative of librarians,make full use of new technology,and innovate more and better services.Clear job responsibilities,corresponding professional ability requirements,the corresponding training plan will help to improve librarians’ability and library service level.
