摘要
党的十九大以来,国家进一步加大对贫困地区教育扶贫力度,教育扶贫是阻断贫困代际传递的重要途径。广西三江侗族自治县是国家级贫困县,侗族人口占57%,是研究精准扶贫背景下少数民族教育帮扶的典型。该项目采用实地观察法、访谈、问卷、抽样、统计、文献等多种调查方法,结合三江实际开展教育扶贫工作以及568份问卷分析,总结教育帮扶政策实施成就与不足,旨在对教育扶贫调研工作予以启发。
Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the state has further intensified its efforts in poverty alleviation through education,which is considered as fundamental means to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.The Guangxi Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County is a national poverty-stricken county,with Dong population accounting for 57%.Thus it is a typical example place.This project applies multiple research methods such as field observation methods,interviews,questionnaires,sampling,statistics,reference investigation and other survey methods.Finally,this paper summarizes the achievements and deficiencies in the implementation of the policy of assistance by education based on the actual effects to alleviate poverty in Sanjiang county and the analysis of 568 questionnaires,which aims at promoting the work of poverty alleviation by education.
