摘要
大学生的就业创业问题关乎着我国经济发展的速度与质量,是我国社会发展的主力军,决定着我国的综合国力和国际地位。江苏省作为我国经济大省,有着良好的就业创业环境,但仍旧存在着激烈的就业竞争,每年的高校毕业生达60万人。该文将通过对'青春留苏'计划、当代大学生存在的就业创业现状以及江苏省高校大学生就业创业的主要问题进行分析,希望能为江苏高校大学生的就业创业问题提供新的思路和解决途径。
The issue of entrepreneurship in college students is related to the speed and quality of China’s economic development.It is the main force in China’s social development and determines China’s comprehensive national strength and international status.As a major economic province in China,Jiangsu Province has a good environment for entrepreneurship,but there are still fierce employment competitions,with 600,000 college graduates each year.This article will analyze the main issues of entrepreneurship and the main problems of entrepreneurs in contemporary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,and hope to provide new ideas and solutions for college students in Jiangsu on the issue of entrepreneurship.
